SECURITY

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All Shopping Cart transactions are conducted on a secure server, which means that all information you enter is encrypted. Your Credit Card information will only be shared with our payment processors in order to complete the transaction in which you are engaging. Your personal information is only available to you once you log into our site with your valid email address and password. While there’s no such thing as “perfect security” on the internet, we take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of our personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet and we will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

CHILDREN

In order to comply with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Wilma Schumann Skin Care and its related properties are geared to and focused on information for adults. Wilma Schumann Skin Care does not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 18. If you have a child under the age of 18 that accesses our web site and provides us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, you may contact us to have the information removed from our records.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We do not keep or store personal banking information or credit card numbers or information used when placing an order. We do not keep or have access to your password that you set for your account registration. In the event that you forget your password, we recommend that you reset your password.

CHANGES

This Privacy Policy was last updated in May 2018 to reflect GDPR compliance standards. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received before 2:00PM (EST) will ship that day. Any orders received after 2:00PM (EST) will be scheduled to ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

All U.S. orders $70.00 and above receive FREE Ground shipping (5 to 8 business days). Orders below $70.00 shall be charged a flat $4.50 shipping and handling fee. Free shipping does not apply to International orders. International orders shall be charged the posted shipping costs show at the moment of sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders shall be charged the posted costs shown at the moment of sale. In addition, International orders may have to pay additional customs and importation fees customarily due in their home country.

We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choosing. You may select Express or Priority for an additional fee. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated by our system based on your order’s weight and shipping address.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods.

Charges are subject to change without notice.

WilmaSchumann.com will inform you of any items on backorder and if the missing item will delay the order by more than one week. We will not charge your account until such items are available for shipment. If a partial order is shipped, Wilma Schumann Skin Care will pay for the additional shipment of the backordered items.

Any claims dealing with missing or damaged products must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We cannot accept credit cards with international billing or shipping addresses.

FOR PROFESSIONALS: Due to the different support programs offered by Wilma Schumann Skin Care to our clients, each Professional order placed on-line will be confirmed verbally with the client by our Customer Service department and the appropriate shipping charges (if any) will be discussed at the time of the call.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We support shipping our products internationally and have hundreds of satisfied, repeat customers all over the world. Wilma Schumann® ships to more than 50 different countries.

To see all the countries to where we ship, available shipping methods and costs, simply add products to the shopping cart, choose your destination via the drop-down menu and click calculate.

All international orders are charged the DHL book rate (whenever possible). Your International order will most likely ship with DHL. However, Wilma Schumann reserves the exclusive right to select the International Carrier to be used. Wilma Schumann is not liable for delays or losses due to Customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry to foreign countries.

Important Information for First-time International Customers:

Import taxes:

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them from the broker. 

Declaration of Value and Product Description:

An invoice is required to be included with your order. The invoice will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

Your shipping address, phone number and email address:

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

Customs information: Wilma Schumann® will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery

We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was available to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, minus 20% of the value of the order (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges Wilma Schumann has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

As a general rule:

Orders going through DHL have tracking information and are delivered a lot quicker.

Credit card verification for first-time customers:

For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. Therefore, it is possible that customers ordering for the first time from Wilma Schumann may need to provide additional information to verify that you are the account holder. If that is necessary, we will let you know via email with a message from our Customer Service team (cs@wilmaschumann.com).

Why do we take these steps? Unlike credit card purchases made by US customers, international orders cannot always be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of gathering this information is necessary for your protection and ours, to ensure that you are the actual credit card holder.

RETURN POLICY

As part of our commitment to you, ALL Wilma Schumann Skin Care purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from Wilma Schumann Skin Care, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your SHIPMENT receipt date and we will issue a full refund. All returns will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal; please carefully review our return instructions below:

Place the unused item, parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories in original condition into original shipper packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately. Wilma Schumann Skin Care is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance to ensure that we receive the package.

All RMA’s are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.

All returned products are subject to inspection by Wilma Schumann Skin Care Customer Service team. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items (gift with purchase) and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Any “tool” return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
